Who is Raw Identity?

Meet Louise Edwards

I explore ethical leadership and living — how we create meaningful change, make hard decisions, and shape the systems around us.

I have over a decade of experience as a senior executive in UK regulatory bodies, operating at executive and board-facing level in high-scrutiny environments. I've acted as a public spokesperson on policy, enforcement and regulatory decisions, often in politically and media-sensitive contexts, and made multiple appearances before parliamentary committees, at conferences and at panel events.

I use this experience and insight to continue to learn and to coach and mentor others, covering personal and professional goals, ethical-based conduct and advanced organisational and system leadership skills.
