Refund Policy

At Raw Integrity Coaching, I am committed to providing high-quality executive coaching services that empower you to achieve meaningful personal and professional growth. My refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.
Please review the following terms regarding refunds for our services:
1. Initial Consultations:

Initial discovery calls or introductory consultations are offered free of charge and therefore do not involve any refunds.
2. Coaching Packages & Sessions:

No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Once a coaching session has been delivered, no refunds will be issued for that specific session or the portion of a package that has been consumed.

Package Refunds (Prior to Commencement): If you purchase a coaching package and decide to cancel before any coaching sessions have commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to any non-refundable administrative fees (if applicable and clearly stated at the time of purchase).

Package Refunds (Partial): In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Raw Integrity Coaching, a partial refund for an uncommenced portion of a coaching package may be considered. This would typically only apply if you have a significant unforeseen circumstance that prevents you from continuing the coaching, and would be subject to deductions for:

Services already rendered (calculated at the standard hourly rate for individual sessions, regardless of package discount).

Any administrative or processing fees incurred.

A reasonable cancellation fee.

Digital Products/Lead Magnets: All sales of digital products, such as the "Outcome-Setting Workbook," are final. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not typically provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling of Sessions:

Detailed policies regarding the cancellation and rescheduling of individual coaching sessions (including required notice periods and charges for late cancellations/no-shows) are outlined in your separate Coaching Agreement. This Refund Policy pertains to package or service refunds, not individual session management.
4. How to Request a Refund:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Your Email Address Here]. Please include your name, contact details, the service purchased, date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Payment Processing:

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase through the Wix payment system. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
