1. About Raw Integrity Coaching

Raw Integrity Coaching provides executive coaching services for UK professionals focusing on values-led leadership, purpose-driven careers, and achieving deep personal and professional satisfaction.

2. Services

I offer individual executive coaching services. Details of specific coaching packages, their content, duration, and pricing will be made available on the Site or provided directly upon enquiry.

3. Website Use

  • Eligibility: By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • Permitted Use: You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.

  • Prohibited Use: You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to my Site, the server on which my Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to my Site.

4. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Consultations/Sessions: All initial consultations and coaching sessions are booked through the scheduling system provided on my Site.

  • Pricing: Prices for services are as displayed on the Site or as communicated to you directly in a proposal or agreement. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

  • Payment System: Payments for services are processed securely via the Wix payment system integrated into the Site. You will be subject to Wix's payment terms and conditions, which you should review separately. I do not store your full payment card details on my servers.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment for services or as per agreed payment schedules must be made in advance or as specified in your coaching agreement. Failure to make payments when due may result in the suspension or termination of services.

  • Refunds and Cancellations:

    • Initial Consultations: Initial discovery calls or consultations are generally free of charge.

    • Coaching Packages: Refund and cancellation policies for paid coaching packages will be clearly outlined in your separate Coaching Agreement. Generally, no refunds are offered for services already rendered.

    • Rescheduling: Rescheduling of confirmed sessions must be done with sufficient notice (e.g., 24-48 hours) as specified in your Coaching Agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged as a full session.

5. Client Responsibilities in Coaching

  • Active Participation: Coaching is a collaborative process. Your commitment and active participation are essential for effective outcomes.

  • Honesty & Openness: To maximise the benefits of coaching, you are encouraged to be open and honest in your interactions.

  • Timeliness: Please be punctual for all scheduled sessions.

  • Confidentiality: Coaching conversations are confidential, subject to the exceptions outlined in your separate Coaching Agreement (e.g., immediate risk of harm to self or others, legal disclosure requirements).

6. Intellectual Property

  • My Content: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, articles, guides (like the "Outcome-Setting Workbook"), and the design of the Site, is the intellectual property of Raw Integrity Coaching or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

  • Your Use: You may download and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content in whole or in part without my prior written consent.

  • Client Materials: Any materials I provide to you during coaching sessions are for your personal use within the coaching context and are also subject to intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Not Professional Advice: The content on this Site and the coaching services provided by Raw Integrity Coaching are for guidance and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or business advice. You should always seek professional advice where appropriate.

  • No Guarantees: While I strive to provide high-quality coaching, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your success depends significantly on your commitment, effort, and external circumstances.

  • Website Availability: I will endeavour to ensure the Site is available, but I do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raw Integrity Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or Services.
